Newby Mini Neo U22 XJ owner

I bought a Minix Neo U22 XJ, last week. Picture was outstanding straight away with my 4K movies especially. It auto switched to HDR 10+, BUT have noticed, over the past couple of days, that a quick dulling then back to original brightness, regularly occurs. This was when watching a TV Series in 720p, using Kodi, that I have on a Seaview 2Tb HDD.
So I'm guessing it's a settings thing?
My TV is a TCL 4K 55C8.

Seen some dulled areas on Amazon Prime Video, but it recovered. Was better to download the movies (for me) cause am competing with Roku, Xboxes, Firestick, and Funai. I use Advanced IP Scanner to find out what's on our public-access wifi router.

Was hoping this unit could be a contender, wirelessly, but it is not. Had to hook it up through Coinnectify on my internal wireless.
