No Display after power up - neo u9

I power up my neo u9 on the tv the minix log 7 android logo apper then the screen goes black and tv says no signal.
Any ideas on what can be the issue?..........Thanks

it may be that the resolution has somehow been set on the minix to a resolution that your TV does not support.....

what is the history of the u9-h , is it new or have you got it 2nd hand or had it previously attached to a different TV ?


can you get to the recovery menu by attaching to your TV , power off completely and then power on whilst holding in the power button ?

same thing happend to me
used box for few hours turned it off and when turnedon after few hours no signal from on tv
tried different tv same thing just minix and when it should go to usual home screen nothing happens
i am the first owner it is 6 month old and it is never beeen connected to another tv
help please

Does the LED light still glow on the front of the NEO U9-H?
Have you tried manually re-installing the firmware yet?

Led is on green when standbuy and blue when is on
I havent tried manualy new firmware
Tv and AV receiver are responding to box when i turn on the box
So that means that there is comunication over hdmi but still no picture
Tried 3 hdmi cables and different hdmi inputs

Solved by installing new firmware with usb burning tool now it is up and running
But question remains why
After 6month with zerro problems crash without any obvious reason

No
I havent made any changes to box

Glad to see the problem has now been resolved, unfortunately can't provide an explanation for this occurrence.
