no drives visible after win 10 update

I have updated my windows 10. After this update, i cannot access my drives (from windows) anymore that are attached to my minix.
I get the message that it is not accesable.

I have activated smb1 in my windows, but that is not the solution.
 
option 1 i already did, but is not the solution
option 2: i got the following message "get-smbserverconfiguraion is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
 
new issue, i have 2 drives, sda1 en sdb1. Sda1 is not accessible (cannot execute the requested operation), i can access sdb1 with no problem.

The problem occurs after the windows update to 1909. In 1809 i didn't have this issue
