My box will turn on and boot up and I can get to the home screen, but that is where the fun ends. None of the apps seem to be working properly anymore. All I get is crashes and freezing all the time, If I start up an app I constantly get "Process system isn't responding" and the whole thing freezes and won't respond to inputs from the remote in air mouse mode. I can get back to the home screen by selecting the home button, but I can not close the not responding pop up. Thinking I may now have a useless box.

goto step 2 and try wipe cache partition 1st and then reboot
if no better then proceed to step 3 to factory reset --- this will remove any apps you have installed
