It's either a Google, or (less likely Google Assistant) notification.

DON'T DELETE THE GOOGLE APP! YOUR U9-H WILL NOT BOOT AFTERWARDS! Also, the Google app probably exempts itself from "do not disturb" and turning off notifications.
