Optimising graphics

Does anyone know any tricks for squeezing more performance from the graphics? We are running full-screen Netflix (via Firefox), YouTube etc. and seeing a lot of tearing and jitter on fast-moving scenes. Already we:

1. Set in the BIOS: IGD Turbo Enable: enable / GFX boost : enable / DVMT total : 256 Mb / Aperture size : 512 Mb / GTT size : 8 Mb / spread spectrum clock : disabled
2. Use the attached Xorg.conf
3. Run Firefox via Wayland (MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1)

so is there anything else we can try?

First check if the video/streaming is played with the good framerate... (23.976, 24, 25, 29,xx, 30 fps, ....)
