Here is how i got it solved it. Finally.
As described before, it is a 100% bluetooth range coverage problem. With a weak link, it doesnt detects properly the headphones.
I opened the plastic case, and found the antena cable was almost disconnected from the jack. I wouldnt be surprised that it was even shorted by contact. I cut and peeled the cable, take the minix board out of his case and taped back to the tv.
Unpaired the headsets (wrongly detected as joystick or similar). Paired again and this time properly detected with the multimedia icon. Now it appears in the Output sound options and i can select it when i wish to use the headphones.
I ordered a new jack rp-sma female (i think) and i will replace the original one to get the board back inside the case soon.
