Pale screen happend after booting

Sometimes when I power on the device, and after booting up android os, a pale image appears on the screen desktop (too much brightness). and when i reboot, it goes back to normal and everything works ok.
It doesn’t always happen, just sometimes.

I wonder, why is this issue happening with the pale screen?
The last firmware is installed.

Have you tried alternative HDMI cable?
Have you tried alternative TV/Monitor?

plus you need to ensure that you have all the U22 display settings set correctly as unfortunatley if you have a HDR/DV capable TV the minix incorrectly goes by default into one of these two modes.

I have asked Minix many times to fix this bug over the past 18 months but they have not done so yet

No, I haven't tried. I have similar issue with U1

Yes, my TV (Samsung 7 series) has an HDR option. Is there somewhere in the forum a tutorial for display setup (compatible for HDR TV's) in Minix u22?

Jut go through every one carefully but as a suggestion off the top of my head >

SDR>HDR off
HDR> SDR off
disable Dolby Vision
set HDR policy to adapative

even if this doesnt fix your issue these are the settings you should apply, and may need a reboot to stick
