Play store Can't download U9H

As the title states it won't let me download apps. It keeps saying 'downloading' but just hangs up. I have to go to Apps> and clear cache and data from play services and play store, almost every time.

What's a permanent solution? I'm updated completely.
 
Hi .. Are you connecting via wireless or are you using ethernet cable and have chosen to fake wi-fi .. I think the answer is possibly in the settings of the account you are using when accessing Play Store ... there are 3 options there to choose how to download ... if you make any changes re-start and I think that may have solved the issue .. I have found that faking wi-fi can causes an issue so I disable it if I experience the issue you are describing, then re-start.

Try uninstalling the Play Store app so it returns to the factory installation, (make sure cache & data are both cleared too), then let it update again.

Could just be a glitch after the last update & a fresh update will clear it.

Let us know if the problem persists.
