Playstore Issue

Hello everybody.
I have purchased several NEO T5s for a Signage application but I've a problem with APP installation.
I have linked my GOOGLE account but the APP installation is blocked. They remain in WAIT state and noting happens.
It is not a network problem as I can see YOUTUBE videos.
I also tried to reset the device but the problem persists.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

I cannot remember exactly what solved my issue but it was one of the the following:
1. In Play Store select Settings/About - scroll down to the "Play Store version" and hit enter a few times until it says either "Google Play Store is up to date" or "Update will be downloaded" or something along those lines.
2. Settings/Apps/See all apps/Google Play Store - scroll down and select "Clear data"
