Pls help about bluetooth

My minix Neo Z83-4, windows OS 1803. Minix connect to Jabra 510 Ms but no sound. Althought, in sound control panel still have show sound output.

Have you checked the Windows "Device Manager" for any specific Bluetooth problems or errors?

Are you otherwise receiving audio normally through your speaker system, for example?

Did you download & install the official MINIX 1803 image to your device or have you just allowed Windows to update from an earlier version too?
 
I have check Windows "Device Manager" and no specific bluetooth problem.
If I plug in usb cable of this Jabra 510 Ms, it still receiving audio normal. But no sound if using bluetooth.
I have download and install the official MINIX 1803 in this forum. I using everything default of factory MINIX.
 
With the headset connected, if you click on your volume icon in the taskbar (by the clock), do you see the carat (^)? If so, what output sources can you choose from? I have attached some examples.
