Power won’t turn on

Hi there,

we recently moved and some how lost the power cord to our minix Neo U1. I went to the local store and was able to buy a power cord and so far it turns the red light on, however the minis its self wont turn on. Help ?

I’m also having a issue, We lost our power cord while moving so I was able to get a generic one from the local store. The minix red light will turn on, but now the blue light won’t turn on for it to power on. Any advice. I tired holding the power button down and using the remote with no luck

What is the DC output voltage and +/- information regarding adapter you are now using.

Red implies the voltage is too high!

You need 5Vdc 3A.
