OK guys it would appear I've been telling(unknowingly)porkies.!!
I checked my updates from the settings which stated my system was fully updated.
However my system is 4.4.2 and not 5
So it would appear I am kitkat and not lollipop??
If this the case do I need to download both links supplied ,and are instructions included in order to update?
Do I have to carry out firmware link?

I know the feeling.... I've got more than one Samsung Tablet in the same situation. No updates available!

Yes, I don't want to get everyone started on that again, but out of my 3 Sony Xperia phones, 1 Samsung tablet, 1 gaming tablet, and 2 crap TV boxes (MXQ and Tanix TX1) I've had, I got a grand total of 3 updates for those 7 products, hence why I don't get it when people complain that Minix stops at the 12th update for a single product!

This error usually means the OS is not supported, I take it you are still on Kitkat so the only solution would be to upgrade to Lollipop:

If you are already on Lollipop then I'm afraid the solution is to upgrade to a newer box

Hi Marty Has been a while as I was under the impression that I had already replied to your thread regarding link? Anyway have attempted to use link a number of ways in case I was getting finger trouble, but each time I attempted to open up the file, all files extracted OK, but the file attachment page opened always in CHINESE?????Can you advise please as I now have all files plus the flash over all sorted but need some English Documents Thanks

HI @pusb87 Apologies for poor description,(my fault),but what you are showing is exactly what I was getting, however I had no idea there was a drop down menu hidden in amongst all the Chinese script plus it wasn't mentioned anywhere so I will go back and try again Thanks
