Problem with connecting U9-H to the monitor via a splitter

Hello,I have a problem with my U9-H.When connecting MINIX to a monitor via HDMI (2.0, 4k, 8k), everything works without problems. The problem occurs when trying to connect U9-H to two monitors at the same time using a splitter. I tested 3 different devices and each of them has the same effect - no image. I have the same solution used on TVs (minix>spliter>2 TV) and the splitter solution works without any problems. Please help me solve the problem.

Splitter: Unitek V1109A
Monitor: Panasonic TH-43CQE1

-nougat is the latest

Notes:
-please test with another HDMI cables (shorter ones and if possible with good quality)
-please test other HDMI input (monitor)
-maybe your TVS have more compatibilty (and lower resolution than the monitors)
-try this:
connect your minix directly to one of the monitors and set your minix display settings - screen resolution (auto switch to best resolution on )
if that don´t work lower your minix resolution settings
-your splitter supports up to 4k@30hz
