Problem with sound

Good morning guys,
I have a minix a2 lite that I use with a Belink GT1 ultimate. The problem is that when I connect the remote to the box, it no longer has sound. Can someone find me a solution for this?

Unfortunately the problem is with the box and how it is interacting with the USB dongle for the remote, you would need to get in contact with Beelink for a solution. I have a few A2 Lites that I use in different devices and do not experience audio loss.
 
Thanks for the answer but I have already tested it in several boxes and the problem remains ... Even on the Minix SH8plus ... Strange indeed ...
 
Can you confirm your remote? It sounds like you have the A2 remote instead of the A2 lite. The A2 has an integrated microphone and speaker, which can cause problems on 3rd party boxes.

There is probably something in the box's settings that could adjusted, but like Marty mention, it should be dealt with by Beelink. It's not a remote issue, it's a box issue.
