Problems - please help

Good morning - I received my Z83-4Plus yesterday. I am trying to get started but when W10Pro tries to create a PIN the system just hangs.
I have an existing MS account associated with an Outlook email but the system will not accept it.
When I first tried to set it up last night I selected UK keyboard (that's where I live). Using a Mac bluetooth keyboard wouldn't allow me to use the @ symbol.
I found it has to be the US keboard so I went back to change that. Then it established a new MS account but just hangs.
I switched off and used a paper clip to reset.
Next time trying to set up this morning, it said an update was required, went through the basics again with another MS account and then hangs on the PIN like yesterday.
There is no apparent option to not create a pin!
Can you suggest what is wrong please?
Many thanks
Keith

Hi Keith,

I would suggest to first use an offline account during the initial setup of NEO Z83-4 Plus.
Then, after setting up the offline account you can then log in to your online Microsoft account.
Is the layout of your Mac bluetooth keyboard US or UK?

Thanks John. It is US I think as that is the only way the @ key works. I gave up waiting for the pin after 30 minutes and powered on with F9 depressed. It is now re-installing windows, so I can hopefully start from scratch again. Never saw an option for an offline account though?
