Hi guys .... The problem of the black screen of my u9 has unfortunately not been solved ... I have redone the firmware but it does not recognize usb ... It seems dead ..... I can avail myself of the guarantee considering my purchase June 2018 ?

Hi My NEO U9-H not turning on it seems not power I changed the new adapter but still not power up I am very disappointed its suddenly shut down and now I tried to starts but not starting please I need solution ?

Does the LED on the front panel light up when you power on or nothing?
 
I have Two units same model after that problem I changed the adapter from my other unit same model but still same problem
 
My one model is NEO U9-H and second Model Number is: NEO X8-H Plus before changed the adapter I checked the specifications
 
I already answered I already have two units and already replaced the adapter of my other unit to check this unit but still same problem.
