Reboot loop on Minix New J50C-4 MAX

I have a year old minix J50C-4 MAX computer, and it's currently stuck in a reboot loop and can't seem to get it to stop. I'm able to enter BIOS, and I've tried all I can think of in there but no use.

I've tried overriding the boot system, I've tried restoring the default options and user default options in the 'Save and Exit' tab. I've also already tried resetting the CMOS and no change there either. Kind of at a loss here now.

I have read something about downloading the firmware and booting it with a USB. Only problem is that I couldn't find the firmware.

Thank you, but when I click on the download link nothing happens it opens a tab then closes it immediately. Never asks where I want to download or currently downloading anything.

Use another browser or : (chrome for example)
click on the download link, use mouse right click (instead of left cick) , then save the file to the PC.

Currently using Chrome, and when I right click it gives me the option to open in another tab or window. Neither option works
