Hi,
i switched my NEO Z83-4 to Ubuntu and now need to reinstall Windows (I dont have a backup of the Licence Key). I followed several instructions with naming the USB Stisk and copy the files, but I get following error:

Any idea why this is happening and how I can solve it?

Many thanks,

Hi,
tried to find the secure boot option but I cant find it in the bios. I have no Windows computer and not using Rufus, but I dont think its the problem because it is booting from the usb stick and starts the installer, but then it fails. Name of the stick is "WINPE".

Do I need to prepare any partition for the installer to run successfully?

Sorry i never tried it before.
Maybe @MINIX – Martin can answer...

I tried to install Ubuntu and install back to Windows, and have not confronted this problem.
It seems to be a problem that the device is unable to read the eMMC storage.
You may try to re-install Windows from the USB stick one more time, if the problem persist, please send an e-mail to support@minix.com.hk and attach the invoice.
