Hi.

Can anyone help with remote problem?
On IPTV service when i search for a movie and a few come up i cant scroll down to highlight the selection.
Ive tried everything I can think of. Might i need a mouse so i can click the line i want

Please specify the remote you're using (IR-Remote, NEO A2 Lite or NEO A3) and the IPTV service you're using.
