have enabled samba and tried \\u9h id root password 123 with no success

thank you both it was me i forgot the dash betwwen u9 and h... mapped nowfrom memory i think its necessary to make sure you have u9-h in the path above as @Villa described

No you can't, credentials are stocked in firmware.
If you don't want to use use the Samba feature then do not enable it!Can this be disable all together ? This is an unacceptable security flaw.
