Screenshots on video and upgrades

Hi.
Does anyone know whether screenshot of video will be permitted in future firmware updates?
And Will there be any upgrade of the system higher than the current android 9?

Your better chance to get updates is to flash the device with a custom ROM.
There are several firmwares available:

Recommended (slimbox OS):
You have the option to choose between standard and ATV ROM.

Note:
I really don't think it will be available an official update for this particular device.
