I tried to update to lollipop with the Burn Card Maker way, figured it was simpler as we're Apple family. Use Virtualbox to make the SD Card, and follow the youtube vid. The progress bar finished, then the box just turned off.

I try turn it on again, the minix logo appears for a bit, then off again.

Is my box toasted? Any way to recover from this?
 
Put the SD card back in and reboot, I have had it once where it did not complete the flash but booted after putting the card back in. If all else fails then just flash again, wait until you are on the android home screen and then remove the SD card.
