[SOLVED] New J50C-4 Plus not booting

Hi, I just purchased a new Neo N42C-4 J50C-4 Pllus with 240 Gb ssd and it can't boot after it worked for only few days.
Although followed by the instruction that were given, I can't see the "windows manger option" at the boot option.
At the chipset there are 2 option : north or south cluster configuration

Boot problem was solved after Martin from the support team advise :
BIOS > ‘Chipset’ > ‘South Cluster Configuration’ > ‘SCC eMMC Support’.
Check if this option is disabled. If it’s disabled, please enable it.
However , it is strange that it happened since it is very new Minix neo J50C-4 plus that works only for few days.
