And for the moment there Is no Android box from minix with Android 10
why you Say rubbish ?
So the answer for a person how Ask why its just Android 7 on x39 is :WE have Android 10 and Ubuntu avaible, to ...
You need to lie to the peopel for sale boxes ?

I and other peopel wait for the link for instal Android 10 on x39 !!!! Or did you speak about other minix Android box on the market with Android 10 ?? Name from the box ? (Not exist)

What did i have to answer to the members from french minix fb groupe when they sée your post on official Facebook groupe ,About u22xj updates in june or not existing Android 10 updates for x39.....
Its you that gives a Bad image about your company , and thé results are : minix never again ,on official Facebook ,on french fb groupe ,on minix forum ....

Here is (click here) - I believe - an official product sheet for the x39. It claims Android 7.x. It does appear Minix has lost its primary Android developer and this leaves excellent hardware, but poor software as a result, which is a terrible shame.

PS: If a product is being advertised in France as having Android 10, but not being supplied with Android 10 (or at least an upgrade), this is against the law. Some examples of laws covering Western(ised) countries and territories:
- UK: Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
- EU: Laws created from the Misleading and Comparative Advertising Directive
- Even Hong Kong has Cap. 362 (Trade Descriptions Ordinance), which is modelled on UK/English Common Law

Take a look at minix T5 , Minix u22xj...same shoot ...for the u9h thé same ,thé last firmware was made by thé comunity they save thé box

They anonced a New Android box called u22xj max on Facebook for july
They better résolve all thé problèmes with u22xj ,remote .... before bringing out a New box !
Every where i look i found thé same feedback from users : never again

As I wrote in my post, that is illegal in the UK and EU under consumer protection laws and false advertising. I suggest you contact Minix support once more.

This change nothing ,they have sale the box with Android 7 official and they have annonced in Facebook to have Android 10 for this box ....
I Know that they dont have it ...i have acces to all roms avaible for all box...
As you Can see on the picture there Is no Android 10 for this box ...
Its a shame that a peopel Ask why just Android 7 on minix x39 box and minix answer "WE have also Android 10......."
And thé best is that i must rest on firmware 001 because since firmware 2 the bluetooth sound not work anymore ,so Can not use my bluetooth speakers (2xsony gtk xb5) if i UP the firmware,170€ the box and no more bluetooth sound...thé cheapest box on the market can make this

Minix team is here and they sée what peopel are posting ...they not answer here liké they not answer in u22xj bugtracker...thats all

Maybe as a suggestion you contact minix support via email with your valid concerns and demand that it is forwarded to the Minix CEO and to ask for a response directly from the CEO.

You might want to try google to find out who the CEO is and write direct

I understand you feel let down, but you have legal routes as well as official support routes, where you can remind the company of its legal responsibility under UK and EU law (assuming you purchased in either of those areas). You have chosen neither. There's not much else anyone can say or do to help.

The dual screen display /outputs have nothing to do with thé bluetooth sound
I use thé dual screen outputs on 4k TV and 24* touchscreen and thé bluetooth sound work perfect ...(Fw01)

I buy this box when it was comming out ,there are more then one year ,and it works perfect with 2 vidéo outputs ...

I have pay thé u22xj 160€ and its just a shity firmware and no news since ~6 months ?
I have enough now ??????
Time to go to other manufacturer
