switch to disable integrated ir

I would have a request for the u22x-j box, the remote control of my LG tv disturbs the box by starting you tube or opens spotify to me while I simply turn up the volume, so I ask, could you put a switch in the next firmware (as it was done for root?) to disable built-in IR? since many do not need it because they use A2 OR A3. Thank you

Only one remote for all devices, so no conflicts at all...

If the same ir signal trigger action on both devices the harmony remote will not solve the problem. Try to put a black scotch on the ir sensor of u22.

I agree with gufone, go for the simple solution. Alternatively, rotate the box a bit and see if this helps.
