Touch screen connection to NEC monitor

Can anyone help on to make the touch work on minix NEO U1 connected to NEC multisysnc V404 - T Display. This is a touch screen TV working fine on windows os( native touch). Or any suggestion for any other android players that can support.

Think you need a new kernel for it. So not possible.
