Touchscreen with u9h

Hello ,just for say that touchscreen work without instal aps....just connect and work :) i am happy , after using minix x8h plus long time and never know how to make work touchscreen :( ,i buy u9h and the touchscreen work great (moultitouch/zoom....) Thank you minix team :)))))
 
Really, which touchscreen do you use? -- Brand and series.
You know, in most of the situations, U9-H need drivers support from the touchscreen manufacture in order to make the touchscreen work.
You may share your experience on the forum so that other users who require a touchscreen on U9-H have less trouble to come across.
 
Surely a touch screen has to be manufactured within the hardware of any device vis a vis a smartphone. I cannot believe that you can install an app onto the minix and just walk up and touch a tv screen. Remote is there for the purpose of not getting up and down from your chair to change channels or whatever, or am I reading the OPs post incorrectly. If so, I will just put it down to another "senior moment". ???

Some people use these Android devices to run information screens which possibly means the screen needs to be touched.
I believe the industrial versions of MINIX devices, for example the MINIX X88-i Android 5 Lollipop Industrial / Business Edition, offer touchscreen capability.
 
Hello ,the touchscreen is old about 6 years ore more: MEDION 21,5' MD20165 , i think that the u9h works with a lot of touchscreen ..my medion touchscreen is cheap ,i buy it in Lidel market ,it works with windows 7 ... i buy webcam next week so i make video with the touchscreen to show you.
not bad the new minix forum ;)

i buy the u9h there are 2 weeks just instal sd card ;touchscreen and some games....Screenshot_20181229-224020.png
 
all i can say is that i conect the touchscreen and its working directly ;all aps ;games from the store work perfect ...i used the touchscreen for remote ;play...hdmi splitter to go on the benq projector ......
