Transfering OS

I am new to Minix but I have read a bunch of posts, what I am wondering is the best way to transfer my OS to a new drive. I purchased the J50C-4+ with the 240 Gig drive with Windows pre loaded of course, but I want to transfer the OS to a new Western Digital WD Red SA500 Gig SATA SSD and am not sure of the easiest or best way to go about doing it, can anyone suggest a way to do so all help appreciated.

I think you misunderstand my situation There is a 240 gigabyte SSD already in the computer, the eMMC is already disabled. I want to switch the 240 GIG drive with a 500 GIG drive that I purchased so I would have more space. do I need to do a clean install or can I migrate or clone the OS to the new drive? sorry for the confusion.
