Trouble with Minix Neo U9 After installing VPN

I just installed vpn that comes with Norton called Secure VPN and when I turn it on I do not get any Providers at all. When turned off I get a few. I installed the same VPN on my windows 10 with Kodi and everything work perfect. I do not know what I'm doing wrong on the android box that makes kodi not work with vpn engaged

I've been using pia VPN on my u9 for a while now without any problems.. plenty of other options for a good VPN that will work on your u9
