Trying to wipe cache i run into cannot load /misc

Anyone else have this issue? Not sure if cache is being wiped or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Were you trying to wipe the cache in the recovery mode?
Or wipe the cache for a specific app in the 'Settings' > 'Device' >'App'.
And is your NEO U9-H able to start up?
 
I saw it happened when you enter into the recovery mode, but will it happen when you press the power button to boot up the device?
I ran into this problem before when I try to enter the recovery mode, but when I boot up the device, it went well.
 
it happens when i try to wipe the cache partition. The box starts fine. My box is running pretty slow and i think the partition isnt getting wiped due to this error. when running kodi it takes a long time for addons (legal) to load.

Two boxes???

What are or were you trying to upgrade? (Firmware?)

The chances of two boxes having an identical hardware failure within days is pretty low. Have you rooted the boxes?

Can you give more details as to what led up to your problems & what you tried to resolve them?
