TXE region isn't updated after flashing BIOS

Greetings to all forum members. I decided to write to You, cause I got a problem. When I flash BIOS, it does't update TXE region. It always stay 02.00.02.3095, but in BIOS 1.08 it's version is 2.0.5.3107. I tried to update the BIOS from Windows and through UEFI. Unfortunately, the result is the same. The process completes successfully, but TXE version doesn't change. Please tell me if all You have TXE updated ? In BIOS it's in the line "TXE FW version.", as on attached image.

P.S It's not my BIOS screenshot. Just a sample from internet. So TXE version is correct in it.

You could help me by telling me how you updated the bios by UEFI and where to download it? greetings
