U1 blue light not shine

My U1 unit works fine but the blue light appears almost off, not visible. Does anyone know why? When the unit is in standby, the light is yellow.

It's not that. The unit works fine, but the light is off when I use it. When it is in sleep it does light up. Thank you anyway.

Your NEO U1 probably entered into sleep mode, I think. Because that is usually what mine does when it goes to sleep mode: it’s light turns yellow. Try pressing the power button once and it should exit it.
