Thanks, I wait for news to solve the keyboard K400 problem, even if for the moment my biggest problem is to make Disney+ work: it's very strange for me, because on my "old" U22-XJ it's ok... does anyone have any ideas to solve?

Yes sure. To be honest I have been using this Keyboard since the U1, still using it with the U22 and now you U8K, one thing I should point out with the U8K ultra the keyboard seems to fall asleep after a short time..to wake it up you need to click the back button on the keypad. For the most part i use a simple but similar remote to the U22 but with a dongle, this allows me to use the system like most people use there remotes in Android TV mode for watching movies..no need for keyboard then i have total control over my emby setup with the simple remote. But the K400+ keyboard is great for the heavier work. It just makes everything you need to do on the minix really simple from writing an email to experimenting with new apps and setting things up to make user friendly for when i just want to use the simple remote for watching my media. I feel like I have the best of bothg worlds, Total control when I want and simplicity when i just watching movies or checking my outside cameras. I no longer use my laptop for this very reason. Laptops constantly need updating every time you switch them on. The gyroscope remotes are just to messy and awkward to use, but i'm sure its down to personal preference. So my advise is if your using your system in Minix Launcher mode, then no need for a keyboard, but if your using you box like a computer then i cannot emphasise how much better and easier it is to use a keyboard and I found over the years the K400+ is the best at doing that. Thanks for answer! Thanks many for the reply! What you write is interesting, but my problem is that my keyboard K400+ does not connect to the minix. I connect dongle to the USB port and nothing at all, no sign of life!
 
There is a chance if it’s not the batteries do a search for Logitech Unifying dongle. You can download a small programme that allows you to reconnect the dongle to the keyboard again. Have you tried using the keyboard and dongle on another computer? It’s plug and pay on all my minix since U1, U22 and U8K. Let me know how you get on.
 
In fact, after answering you, I tried on other PCs and it doesn't work. The batteries are new, maybe I can use the program you wrote to me ... please, can you show me a link to download it?
 
I’m sure the same software would work on any k400 or k400+ it’s worth downloading the software and trying. It’s only to marry the usb to the keyboard.

Sorry, I was not so clear: I tried with the software downloaded from the link, but the program does not detect the dongle, for this I think it is too old.
 
Oh I see, maybe you can find and good deal somewhere. But if you’re using it as AOSP it’s definitely worth having. Good Luck

I wonder if this issue is related to this?!

"Some older Logitech Unifying devices have a limit of 45 times for pairing changes. Once this limit is reached, the device can no longer be connected to a different receiver. However, newer devices can switch pairings an unlimited number of times. If you frequently switch a Unifying device between multiple PCs or laptops, you might encounter this limit. Logitech advises customers who face this issue to contact their Customer Care for assistance."
 
Perhaps, even if I don't think I have paired more than 45 times, however I can check with assistance. Thanks for the suggestion!
 
I have 3 K400+ and i think one of them is a clone, but i have never had a problem connecting any of them.

Hi.
If you have for example a PC or another media hub you can test that issue, but most likely it is a hardware break down.
