Hey guys,
I use the device on Samsung smart tv and no problem. When i try to start on my bigger tv it does not showing anything. I have tried setting the res on Auto as mentioned in previous threads but it still not working. Switching cables also, just to try. Hdmi on AS640 are working, even CEC is working when on in settings in the device. When i push on/off both as640 and u9-h start but no picture occur. I would love some help.

I haven't looked at the full specs of your specific model & just briefly scanned through some info so bear with me if something just isn't applicable to you ;).....

Once you're certain the U9-H has had sufficient time to fully boot up, have you tried hot unplugging/plugging the HDMI cable itself? (Sometimes this can kick start certain displays that are seemingly stuck.)

Does your older Panny model have the "HDMI Auto" options? (Mode 1 or mode 2 respectively, & typically this option is only available for HDMI 1/2 inputs. Try to specifically use those inputs whilst you troubleshoot as invariably your 3rd input (or 4th as/where applicable) often have lesser capabilities too.

Try both modes for effect (again if applicable), but mode 2 is usually the default setting & generally preferred as it usually has the greater compatibility. (Obviously both options are included based on subjective end user hardware.)

Have you also tried hard setting the U9-H's resolution to say 1080@60 or 1080@50 instead of relying on the auto settings? (Just two examples, but you could also try others such as the 720@60/720@50 etc..)

You could also try forcing RGB mode in the MINIX display options instead as well & see if that has any effect too.

Double check things like game modes or 3D modes are definitely disabled, (although it certainly sounds like that's already a given ;) ).

Obviously your Panny is an "aging" model but it could hardly be labelled as "old" in the grander scheme of things ;). It may just take a little tinkering compared to your Samsung smart TV if that's considerably more recent?

Is the firmware on your U9-H up to the last version released, (FW008)? Despite its relative age too, does the TV itself definitely have the last FW Panny released for it and/or have you also tried factory resetting the TV? (To all intents & purposes your U9-H seems to be functioning perfectly normally with a different TV so I doubt it would be of any real benefit to mess around resetting the U9-H itself. Although, you could try clearing the system cache too which may (or may not) help ;).)

Try that lot for now & hopefully others will add further suggestions.
