That's odd! As far as I'm aware, the firmware should not affect the Power button function as it is IR.the power button is not working consistently/properly,
Its the tablet version unfortunately so it will only work with the airmouse. Android TV version doesn't work on Minix units.I am sure its me doing something wrong but I cant navigate the Netfix app with the A2 control buttons, do I have to do something?

Unless you really need a more recent firmware stay with marshmallow.Hi!
Sorry I'm a bit late to the party. 19 pages late! So I was hoping someone could just give a couple brief bullet points....
What makes this Community firmware different and/or better than the official 008 firmware? What advantages/disadvantage is there to installing this package?
Thanks!

One day if one app stop working for you or something similar you can try CE ROM.
Since I only use Kodi, then it sounds like 008 is just fine
@Datore - my LG TV pushed a new update 04.80.02 yesterday - I have a different box connected to it right now, but will try to see if that has made any difference, maybe later this week; if you get a chance check it outRegarding the LG TV HDMI Audio issue experienced by myself and @Datore and others with 7.1.2 Community ROM
The problem exhibits as no audio playing from HDMI - ONLY when connected to an LG Brand TV - it works fine on other TV brands
And further, randomly (it appears - nothing specific seems to trigger it) after system has been up for a while (could be 30-60 mins), the audio suddenly starts working. Datore's system behaves the same - randomly starts the audio after a while.
Removes all user installed apps and data.Hi all the experts here,
May I know if burning the firmware to the U9H box would removed all my app? Or would it just upgrade the OS only please?
@DEcosse Thank you, but I'm on 5.80.55, got an update not so long ago, but still same problem.@Datore - my LG TV pushed a new update 04.80.02 yesterday - I have a different box connected to it right now, but will try to see if that has made any difference, maybe later this week; if you get a chance check it out
So something in 7.* (Nougat) doesn't work with my LG OLED55C7V via any of its HDMI-port.
