Hi all,

I'm new here at the forum ?

And I have a problem with my U9-h (build 2018) and hopefully I can get some help.
It keeps on crashing (it restarts the Minix) just after approximately 60 minutes of playing.
It doesn't matter if I play the movie via Kodi, MX or VLC (Zion) (play with VPN).
It crashes every movie (500mb-5gb) and I got the idea it crashes faster with larger files (5-~50)

I haven't upgrade the firmware (via flash).
Checked the PSU and I don't see/smell anything.
What is the best thing to do?

Ethernet or Wifi?

What's your source? (Online, NAS, external HDD, etc.?)

Is your internal memory full to capacity?

Have you tried clearing the app caches or the system cache?

Have you tried clearing app data?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Hi ArcticWolf,

So just tried a couple of things...
The internal memory isn't running fully. I checked a couple of times the memory and alway around 50% (0,7-1,1GB of 1,7Gb available)

I'm always steaming and using ZionTv or Kodi with (nolimits build) and with NordVPN.
But it doesn't seem to matter what I stream, from which source (with or without RD), with different players (VLC, MX) but it keeps on crashing.
If I stream 20Gb+ or just a few hundreds of mbs, both crash.

Yesterday I played 15GB without any problems.

I haven't tried the factory reset yet....

Did the system cache with the very small pin in the minix. And wiped the "Cached data" under Storage & USB in setting menu (internal storage).

If you have any other suggestions just let me know.

Thanks in advance

Discussion of such apk's and addons/builds is not allowed here and they are likely to be a contributor of your problems
