Ubuntu Server Won't Reboot

I have successfully installed Ubuntu Server 22.04.4 on my Z100-dB.

When I attempt to reboot the Z100 fails to do so and just shuts down, without a restart, switching on/off doesn't restart the machine and I need to unplug the power and restart the box.

Shutdown works OK.

Either there is a problem here or maybe a bios change that I need to make?

Any advice would be welcome.

I can't help with an answer to a BIOS change but there is a BIOS update here...
