Previously I was using smartphone of brand 'A' with a SD card. Now I'm using another phone of brand 'B'. So I have taken the SD card from previous phone and put into this new phone of brand 'B'. In this new phone, I'm unable to move data (pics, photos, videos, text data) from this new phone's internal storage memory to SD card. When I tried to move data into a folder in the SD card, a pop-up box appears with the message : " Permission to operate STRONTIUM. - You must perform the certain steps to grant STRONTIUM access rights". Unquote.
Then below this pop-up message are 2 links options to choose, Cancel , OK. If I click on OK, there is a some appearing steps I tried to follow, then eventually the same pop-up message as stated above here shows up again. How do I rectify this issue . Much appreciate the assistance. *
