When I say brick, I mean brick, not scrubbed the OS. We took an image of the BIOS from a NEO Z83-4U and then flashed it back to a NEO Z83-4U V2.

Is there any way of getting the box back? I can see there's a little pin-hole near the wifi port.

If you're wondering how could we do that and why don't I know what the pin-hole does, the V2 boxes were delivered directly to a customer's site and our staff were using a bootable USB to overwrite both the OS and the BIOS. The procedure worked well in-house but we didn't realise that the customer would get V2 boxes. It will take a week to get the V2 boxes to our office, and I want to hit the ground running when they arrive.
