Update problem

Hello all, I have tried to update my x8h plus , to lollipop but it got to 95 percent, and stopped got an error message of partition error, is there anything I can do to save this box , tried some older software, but didn't work, thanks for any help.

Are you sure you have an X8-H Plus as you have posted in the NEO X8-H, X8 Plus, X8 forum?

Yes, you say it's a Plus but which one..... X8-H Plus or a X8 Plus ?

I have tried to update my x8h plus

But we do need to know for sure!
