So these 2 pictures did not come with the first Firmaware?

People did not have Netflix on the first firmware T5?

I make it up and these 2 pictures are not the truth?

And @Logiwijk did write something that is also not correct and that all data is clear after the update and Netflix is gone?

Are you telling us this here on the forum?

@pusb87 I can show @KAR straight out of the box and then I can show these 2 pictures or he can make it and tell @Minix -John.

Same that a former Administrator you all know from the past (Hardwareguru) I showed him straight out of the box. So NO not the seller add apps to it.

These 2 pictures are made from ORIGINAL MINIX NEO T5 with NETFLIX ESN in it with the number behind as Netflix app.

So I will drive to him and show him. Same as I know that @MINIX - John knows that these 2 pictures are correct at the first batch the make. So if you don't trust me. Then trust your old friend Hardwareguru that start this forum and made a lot of firmware. I let him see it straight out of the BOX. And after firmware update all gone!

How many of you Trusted Helper / Administrator did get the MINIX NEO T5 from John?

And yes I know you can block my account or let me wait a long time. But then MINIX show that the don't care of the sellers as the people that buy MINIX.

Can you send your T5's serial number to @MINIX - John ?
Maybe he can track the model you have.

You can also send him a PM. So please don't polute the forum.

Anyone is free to contact Netflix's customer support, who will verify MINIX NEO T5 is not Netflix certified.
MINIX NEO T5 should not be capable of supporting the official Netflix app. [of course, we wish NEO T5 could support it].
As I mentioned in my initial message, I have no explanation for the occurrence shown in the photo.
I'm not sure what solution you're looking for though because...1.) NEO T5 is not Netflix certified 2.) We never guaranteed official Netflix support 3.) Netflix is not mentioned in any marketing material related to NEO T5 4.) We do not claim Netflix comes pre-installed on NEO T5 or available to download from the Google Play Store

Not true if you do the update see what kind of logo you get. That was in the first also and then a shortcut.
I think I stop with this...because John is not telling the truth at this forum.

I will go back to my reseller to claim a refund of the MINIX NEO T5.

I do hope you agree at this John because that makes it easy if I can show that you agree to the refund of the MINIX NEO T5 models.

The most recent firmware update for NEO T5 was released on Thursday 7th November, within a couple of days of NEO T5 officially going on sale.

If a NEO T5 was obtained prior to the official release then it is likely to be running an older firmware version, and we recommend installing the firmware update if prompted to.

All new production batches come with the latest firmware version pre-installed.

MINIX has explicitly stated multiple times, prior and since NEO T5s release that it is not Netflix certified.

Again, no promotional material published by MINIX has claimed official Netflix certification.

MINIX has made zero attempts, and never would, to falsely claim NEO T5 is Netflix certified.

Instead, when asked we always clearly state that NEO T5 is not Netflix certified.

We encourage all customers to use the latest firmware version that is/was intended for the general release of NEO T5.

And if Netflix certification is a must have then customers should consider alternative products.

This is my final remarks on this matter as MINIX's position is clear.
