If you want to replace Windows OS with Android OS firmware for NEO Z64, you may follow these instructions.

Instructions:

2. Extract the contents(fparts.txt, fpt.efi, fpt64.efi, JDRDA132.BIN)of the downloaded .zip file to the root directory of the USB stick.

4. Power on the NEO Z64 by pressing the power button, and press F11 key on the keyboard, and choose "UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell".

5. Type command on the Shell: fs3:

6. Run the following command to update the BIOS. (See attached picture Update_BIOS.png)

aright.. even if i install a 32bit windows 7 also?
I don't have your device and i don't know if win 7 32 bits works also.
But i don't advice you install, you may face drivers problems (if even works...) and the device is not going to work well and win 7 is a older OS....

No!

I found this...
"If you're installing Windows 7 x64 then you can just install it with no issues in Secure Boot mode and it will just work. Windows 7 x64 has the ability to install and boot from EFI/UEFI partitions."

I expect this would require a 64 bit UEFI.

I've seen BIOS with nomenclatures such as; 'JCRDA', 'JCRDW' and 'JCRDS'.
So the 'A' one is for Android and the 'W' one is for Windows. What about the 'S' one?
Can any of our forum administrators clarify on this matter?

Doh! Came here to enquire why Win8 is asking for activation, I guess I found the answer! My box was converted to Android, and I converted it back to Win8.
Would Win10 activate if I install it?
