Upgrade and Wi-Fi questions

Are there firmware or OS upgrades available for the Neo T5? From where? How do you perform the upgrade(s)? We have had issues with the Wi-Fi continuously disconnecting. Because of that we have connected it to the network using Ethernet. How can we disable the Wi-Fi so it won't try to reconnect? Lastly, is there anyway to a access the T5 remotely (by IP, etc.) in order to reboot it?

Just turn WiFi off in network settings

You dont say whether just from your internal LAN or over the internet but

Teamviewer >> https://www.teamviewer.com/en/
Vysor >> https://www.vysor.io/
and Flakie's ADB GUI >> https://flakie.co.uk/my-adb-gui-app/

are options to look at

If everything is ok ethernet has always priority over Wi-Fi.

Example:
Ethernet cable connected and wifi enable/connected to router SSID (and with excelent Wi-Fi signal):
Ethernet has always priority and Wi-Fi will be automaticaly disable by the System.

The same is for windows OS.

Option but you don't need:
Forget Wi-Fi SSID (inside GUI) that you were previous connected (just to be sure)

That's what I thought too but even though the Ethernet is always connected I see an icon in the bottom left of the screen saying "disconnected" or "connecting" with a Wi-Fi symbol.

We are actually at the latest FW. So no need to update. Forgive my next question (I am somewhat of a newbie) but how do I install the Flakies ADB Gui from a USB thumb drive? Does it need to be formatted by the Neo or is it ok to be formatted by my Windows machine?

Nothing needs to be installed on the T5, It is run on a windows PC, read his page i linked you to.

But you will need to allow adb debugging on the T5 via enabling developer mode .
