USB dongle dead after one month of usage?

Hello,

How can I check if my dongle is really dead?
From very first use, it passed 4 weeks.

Now remote itself blinks, but cannot pair on any of 2 Android boxes. One original Minix, other one from other vendor.

Also,
Is it possible to use dongle from A1 or A3 with A2 Lite?

Are you following these re-pairing instructions:

1. Remove both batteries, then reinsert.
2. Press Fn + P on the keyboard.
3. Operating Status LED will glow.
4. Plug the receiver into a USB port on your MINIX
Media Hub for Android or other compatible
electronic device.
5. LEDs will flash three times when successfully paired.
 
Hello,
I just bought a minix neo u9-h tv box with a neo a2 lite controller.
After a few minutes of perfect operation, the controller suddenly stops working. the procedure reported causes the controller to work only for a few seconds and then it stops and freezes the system: the only key that works is the on / off button (because it is IR and not wi-fi, I suppose)
can you help me?
