USB drive now ignored

I don't use my Z83-4 much and it has been off for several months. So I booted it up and now it does not recognize or acknowledge when I plug in my USB drive. It also ignores plugging in a microSD card into the slot. I checked and it has not had any Win10 updates but it tries every time I start it up. They always fail but that is fine with me.
I just want my USB drives to work. Any ideas?

I downloaded and unzipped the "all-drivers" folder.
But when I look at the instructions the driver to replace in screen shot 1 is partially blocked... something like "Simple..." so I cannot see it.
Also, it is under Device Manager-->Network Adapters--->Other Devices. I have only 3 entries under my Network Adapters and no entry for Other Devices exists. What to do?
Here are some more hints to my problem: The USB drive that I was trying is 16GB. It works fine in my desktop computer but no longer is acknowledged by the Minix. In fact the Minix will not even boot up if it is plugged in. So I tried all of my old USB drives and found:
16 GB does not work
4GB does not work
256 MB and 512 MB work fine!!
All drives are formatted in FAT32 and all work well in my Windows Vista desktop. Does this give you any ideas?

Could there be something wrong with the power that the larger flash drives take up too much power? I am guessing no because the rest of the computer works fine when a larger drive is plugged in. This is a real mystery. I have been on some Win10 forums and tried everything but no clue.

I see no one else has tried to help me with this problem. It seems that USB flash drives > 2GB are not recognized. Has no one else had this problem??
I tried formatting my 4GB flash drive from FAT32 to NTFS and it made no difference. Meanwhile, I can get large files in and out of the computer by plugging in my USB 1 TERAbyte back-up hard drive. That works perfectly but still no luck with the 4GB flash drive.
Again: @notrui

The entries are for 2 Bluetooth adapters, 802.11 WiFi adapter and the PCI adapter (Ethernet). This does not seem like the instructions are correct! What to do?

Hello everyone. The problem has been solved although I still do not understand it. I am posting this so that if this happens to anyone else they might find this thread and stop thinking they are going insane. A few weeks ago I noticed a totally different problem with my Minix. The clock was never correct, even though it was set to automatic update and I have a good Internet connection. I took it apart and measured the battery. It was exactly 3.0 Volts which is good. A new battery might measure 3.2V. So I reassembled it. Then a few days ago after manually resetting the time I noticed the time jumped back a few hours at random. So I took it apart again (with power disconnected) and measured the battery voltage. Still 3.0V. But while I was probing the battery connector I accidentally shorted the probes for a second. I checked the voltage after that and it had gone down to 2.8 V which is still plenty. But I think the short may have reset some circuit because after that the clock is now working perfectly. So just now I tried my 4GB and 16GB flash drives and they both are recognized and work perfectly!!!! If anyone has theories about why this fixed it I would love to hear it. So this problem had nothing to do with drivers, Windows updates, etc. (this Minix is still running Win 10 Home (old version).
