use of USB 3.0 port causing interference

So I use a Logitech K400r with my box, I used it with my Neo U1 and also with this Neo T5 without any problem.

Since I connected a USB 3.0 Pen my Keyboard stopped working fine, it is like the use of usb 3.0 port cause some interference, is this a known problem? Is there any solution?
