Using zoom on neo u9 h

Hi all,
I’m running into problems with zoom mot picking up the usb webcam I have plugged into the neo u9 h.
however I have downloaded a camera app and that picked up the webcam.
is there anything I have to do to allow the camera to be picked up by zoom?

ultimately I hope to be able to watch a live sporting event and have a zoom call Picture in Picture. Is this possible?

It may help if you specified the webcam in question & included any additional details you also feel are relevant. The more information you provide the better the chances of a clearer answer one way or the other!!
 
No probs.
the webcam is a depstech 2k qhd webcam with built in microphones.
30fps if that matters?
it’s a usb webcam that’s plugged into the neo u9 h box via a usb lead that came with webcam.
