Web base video playback crash on full screen mode

HI,
First of all welcome back the new Minix forum (y)(y)(y)
I am having problem with my U9-H. Everytime video is played in fullscreen mode (be it on any web browser) it freeze and crash. Any solution? I have another box (U1) and it does not have this problem.

Some additional details may help ;).

Stock OS or a beta? Firmware fully updated (FW008)? Just with web browsers or full screen in other media players too? Streaming online content or locally stored media as well?

Made any obvious changes recently? New apps, apps removed, etc.?

Hi Arctic Wolf
Thank you for trying to help me with this issue

MIne is Stock OS (FW008) ..

The problems is with streaming online content web browsers (for example "embedded video) and some other media players (for example iflix)

Things I've tried without success:
1- hard reset reinstalling stock OS
2- updating browsers (chrome, Edge, Opera or firefox)
3- set everything in default
4- different internet connection wi-fi and LAN

Apps working fine:
1- Default youtube
2- Netflix V5.31
3- Kodi
 
Can you exchange PSU with U1 and try again ?
Some U9-H were delivered with faultly PSU, giving some strange issues :confused:
 
***UPDATE
Problem solved. I replaced the HDMI cable from Minix player to my Sony Sound Bar. Watching embedded videos in full screen mode without any freezes or crashes now ..
 
I had a Minix NEO UI, I had the problem playing movies inside browsers, Fix it Settings Playback, Output Video from OSD layer : OSD LAYER. Problem solved. Just in case my settings under HDMI self adaption : OFF and HDMI CEC OFF. hopse yours start working fine
