What do the colors of the LED light stand for?

Hello

i have power led red with 3 units just out of the box , using th orginal Power Adapter 3A/12V

any idea how to fix it? semms PCB issue

If you read post 1 red color is for PSU.
Try and replace your original PSU (i think it is not working well). (3A/12V).

Green color is for PCB.

Created an account since this is the first hit for "minix green light" every few years when I have the problem.

I read the advice here, and think my PCs are bricks, but then I remember I've fixed it before, but how?

This post is a reminder for my future self and anyone else who hits this - that there is a potential end-user fix for the green light ( so don't believe the advice that there is not an end user fix )

In my case, the fix has been simple - and the same every time: unplug the bios battery for about 5 seconds, then plug it back in. This has fixed 2 different MINIX NEO Z83-4 ( both purchased in 2017 ) multiple times each for me.

I'll link a video below that explains it, but you just need to remove the 4 screws from bottom (under rubber feet) pop off the bottom, and unplug the BIOS battery for a few seconds. This has worked 100% for me.
